Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Nuba Skyn purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return your product, please contact us at support@nubaskyn.com and provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you a return shipping label.

Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition, with the original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Products that have been opened or used
* Products that are damaged or defective
* Products that are purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping

The cost of shipping the product back to us is free. However, the cost of shipping the product back to you will be deducted from your refund.

Under exceptions

Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.

Products that are not purchased directly from Nuba Skyn are not eligible for return.
